                                            Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and add the chopped onions. Fry the mixture until the onion changes color

                                            Add the minced meat to the onions, and wait until it's well cooked.

                                            Add the water, the spices, the lemon juice, the salt and the garlic. Mix it well all together.
